Goldwell’s Color Zoom Finalists Announced!

The New Zealand finalists have been announced for Goldwell’s Color Zoom 2011 competition. The 2011 Goldwell Color Zoom collection and competition is developed as an inspirational platform for stylists to create fashion forward looks and express their creativity.

There are two categories in the competition; New Zealand Creative Colorist for stylists with more than 5 years experience and New Zealand New Talent Colorist, for stylists with less than 5 years experience.

Ten lucky stylists from New Zealand will attend the National Award Ceremony to be held at the stunning Water Bar in the Blue Hotel in Sydney on Sunday 14th August.

Two stylists will be given the amazing opportunity of representing their country at the Goldwell Color Zoom Global Competition in Miami in October. The New Zealand winners will compete in a live competition with over 70 stylists from over 30 countries. The winners of the global competition will become a driving force in developing the Color Zoom collection for 2013.

Last year’s winner of New Zealand’s Global New Talent Colorist, Hanna Rickman, says "the experience of being a finalist and attending the gala dinner in Sydney and then to ultimately win and be flown on an all expenses paid trip to Paris, was the most exciting thing to happen to my career.”
