Miami Here We Come! Goldwell NZ Colorzoom Winners!
New Zealand winners of Goldwell’s Colorzoom competition were announced at the national award ceremony held at the stunning Water Bar, Blue Hotel in Sydney on Sunday 14th August. Chosen from 10 New Zealand finalists, the lucky winners won the opportunity to compete at the Goldwell Global Event in Miami on the 15th October 2011. The winner of the Global Event will become part of the Goldwell international creative team, who will set the trends for 2013.
Rochelle Finlay, from Rawblond in Invercargill won the New Zealand Creative Colorist category, which was open to stylists who have had more than 5 years professional experience. Lincoln Nguyen, from Schnips PHD Hairdressing in Manukau won the New Zealand New Talent Colorist, open to stylists with less than 5 years professional hairdressing experience.
They will compete in a live competition with over 70 stylists from over 30 countries and also be part of the spectacular Gala Night Show along with seeing the launch of the 2012 collection. The 2011 Goldwell Color Zoom collection and competition is developed as an inspirational platform for stylists to create fashion forward looks and express their creativity.
