"The first section was ‘Future World’ which was scraped back silver hair with dramatic white wigs placed on top all of different shapes and blue lights placed underneath. The second section was ‘World Future’, inspired by the 1940’s with lots of fingerwaves, victory rolls and chignons, plus sprayed black and black glitter accents. The final section was ‘Russian Future’ with lots of coloured jewels, oversized proportions, and dramatic headpieces.”

1. Prepare the hair with ghd Heat Protect Spray, ghd Root Lift Spray at the roots and ghd Total Volume Foam on the mid-lengths to ends then blow dry in to create volume

2. Section the hair in half from ear to ear

3. Through the back sections, create a classic tube curl and set with ghd Curl Hold Spray. Secure with pins and allow to cool.

4. Apply ghd Straight and Tame Cream to the front section of hair and create a strong crested fingerwave with a low side parting. Secure with pins and blow dry to set.

5. Release the back section of hair. Then roll into a chignon keeping it low at the nape of the neck.

6. Finish with ghd Final Fix Hairspray and ghd Final Shine Spray. For this look, we used a black glitter spray at the crest of the waves.
